Strengthen, Tone, Measure Your Progress week on week
Formally known as Body Conditioning, this class started in Amesbury & Wilton September 2018. The re-vamp allows you to have a more tailored approach to group exercise classes. You have your own card to track your progress through a 6-week period.
If you can’t commit to 6-weeks, you can still join in and pay as you go- progress may take a little longer to measure.
The purpose of the class is to support well-being and strength through bodyweight exercises. The class fuses YOGA, Pilates and circuit training to helping with balance and coordination whilst looking after your body and gaining lean muscle.
You can join in through the Facebook Group - Via the mailing list which is scheduled for Sundays at 10:00 or bookmark us and go straight to the shop.
