Food Made Easy started off as a 21-day nutrition reset challenge in 2020 as the world went online.

The course takes people through food and diet myths and facts as a coached group.

Food Made Easy does not believe in good or bad diets or foods, it focuses instead on the value of foods to each individual, letting each individual participant choose for themselves their food and their habits around nutrition and diet

You can make this work for you simply because it is not a diet plan. It is a way to organise and plan your meals and habits around food in line with what you want to achieve.

We add to that by sharing evidence-based nutrition knowledge from credible published sources allowing you to stay ahead of food trends and remain confident in your choices and planning.
