21-Day Food Made Easy Habit Change Program

& learning how your meals can be optimised to fulfil fitness goals
This 4-week course will help you define your goals and prep for your health, fitness and well-being goals before spending 21 days focused solely on habit development and setting expectations around what is realistic for you right now and how that can progress as time goes by.
This course was a success online during the pandemic when we ran it on Facebook. We have decided to re-vamp and re-introduce the course as a staple to Embrace Life UK as an affordable way for people to access coaching support around food, diet, and lifestyle.
The course will start on the 1st on every month from October 2024. Due to its online status you are welcome to join from around the globe.
The course will be run via a Facebook group initially as requested by those who took our Survey.
Week 1: 5 live zoom sessions with added Facebook support to get you prepared to start
Week 2: 5 live zoom session to help you hone in and focus, to support with hurdles
Week 3: 5 live zoom sessions to re-cap and assess progress before preparing to plan ahead
Week 4: 5 live zoom session to support, inform, have conversations and preparing to exit the course
The Food Made Easy will be sent to each member by email on day 1- additional information and articles will be posted in the Facebook group throughout each week in response to meeting your queries and helping you to stay on track and make sense on nutrition information from mainstream media.
